An independent Estate Agency is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Lister to enhance its market share and reputation for quality and performance.
Candidates should have a proven track record in sales, valuation, and listing of residential properties, with previous Estate Agency experience being essential.
The ideal candidate may be a Senior Negotiator, Senior Valuer/Lister, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, or Valuations Manager looking for career advancement.
The position offers a basic salary of £24,000, a £2,500 car allowance or company car, and on-target earnings of £45,000, with 33 days of holiday and a working schedule of 2 Saturdays on and 1 off.
The agency is looking for a candidate with in-depth knowledge of Estate Agency who can effectively drive Residential Property Sales and Listings.
