• Do you want to work for the market leader?
• We are looking for an existing Estate Agency Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 6 months listing experience.
• You will receive an initial 4 month salary guarantee of £2,300 per month whilst you build your sales pipeline so during this period you cannot earn less than this!
• You will be the representation of the branch to all incoming enquiries, with the ability to negotiate, manage time, and client expectations suitably and you will need to drive and have your own car.

• Typically, with at least 1 years’ experience as an Estate Agent you will be expected to list, negotiate, and represent the Estate Agency to the highest standard.

• £40,000 on target earnings. Basic salary £17,500. 4 month salary guarantee of £2,300 per month.
