My client, an established independent agent, is looking for a Sales Valuer to join their team. They are a market-leading firm looking to expand and cement its position in the Basildon postcodes. If you are a hungry valuer looking to join an exciting and forward-thinking estate agency, then this will be the position for you!

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00
  • Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 18:00

The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:

  • Upto £30,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  •  £55,000+ OTE
  • Tiered commission structure
  • Bonus scheme

Sales Valuer requirements:

  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A strong desire to be successful
  • Must process a full driver license and access to your own vehicle
  • Experience conducting valuations at either a Senior Sales Negotiator, Property Valuer or Branch Manager level

Key duties of the Sales Valuer role:

  • Provide accurate market valuations for clients
  • Booking market appraisal’s
  • Driving market share
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the local area
  • Build relationships with clients
