About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement. This is a sales-driven role that requires a proactive and determined mindset, with significant financial rewards for those who excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients, building strong relationships to win recruitment mandates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting to identify and attract top talent in the tech sector.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and repeat business.
  • Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, including advertising roles, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, driving revenue through placements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1 year of recruitment experience (360 or resourcing) OR a strong background in sales and business development.
  • Drive and Ambition: Money-motivated, results-driven, and determined to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Work Ethic: Energetic, proactive, and resilient with a positive attitude.
  • Mobility: Must be a car owner and able to drive due to the office location.
  • Commitment: Comfortable working full-time in the Billericay office, Monday-Friday.
