The Role: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Chat with clients and candidates over the phone email and social media
Juggle the entire recruitment process from "Hi, nice to meet you" to "Congrats on the new job!"
Build and maintain relationships
Smash sales targets and KPIs like they owe you money.
What We’re Looking For:
Some experience in telephone sales / telesales or upselling essentialÂ
Communication skills that could charm the socks off anyone.
Competitive, driven, and ready to prove you’re the best.
Resilience—because not everyone will say yes, but that won’t stop you.
