- Sales and Lettings Performance:
- Lead by example and actively contribute to achieving sales and lettings targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take proactive steps to address any underperformance.
- Provide guidance and support to the team in closing deals and generating new business.
- Proven experience in estate agency, with a demonstrable track record of success in sales and/or lettings.
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, with strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of the local property market in Basildon and the surrounding areas.
