Entry-Level Transport Administrator
Location:BasildonSalary: £11.44ph Job Type: 6 month FTC
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and at least one Sunday shift a month (paid 2X)

Job Overview:
As a Transport Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of thier transport and logistics department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming calls, emails, liaise with customers and provide support• Schedule & organise deliveries around the UK• Upload drivers proof of deliveries for our clients to access• Organising transport documents• General administration duties• Communicate and help with other departments
Skills & Experience Required:

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general IT literacy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
