This is a majority new business role focused on generating leads, prospecting new clients, and closing sales across a range of product offerings. The role involves a combination of cold calling, video calls, and face-to-face meetings to understand client requirements, pitch tailored solutions, and successfully close deals. The successful candidate will have solid experience in new business generation and will be driven by targets and commission-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development through effective prospecting and lead generation strategies.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, utilizing a mix of calling, video calling, and face-to-face meetings.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their needs and offering suitable furniture solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and pitches to convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Respond to inbound enquiries while maintaining a focus on generating new leads and expanding the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Track and report on sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring continued business growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in new business generation, with a focus on prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience with calling, video meetings, and in-person client meetings to drive sales.

Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Commission: Competitive commission structure on top of base salary
