Working hours are Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm offering a salary of 拢27- 拢28k
Responsibilities;
路聽聽聽聽聽Providing support to the Purchase and Sales ledger Manager
路聽聽聽聽聽Processing supplier's invoices and time sheets
路聽聽聽聽聽Raising invoices to clients on the internal system (TABS)
路聽聽聽聽聽Liaising with clients where necessary
路聽聽聽聽聽Deal with any invoice queries
路聽聽聽聽聽Work with client invoice portals
路聽聽聽聽聽Processing consolidated invoicing
路聽聽聽聽聽Updating Sage
路聽聽聽聽聽General accounts duties
Requirements;
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Previous Accounts experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Must have experience using Sage or other Accounts software
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong attention to detail
