Due to expansion, we are recruiting for an experienced Fire Door Supervisor with a great work ethic preferably with Housing Association experience to supervise installation and maintenance activities.
Location: All London areas and Brighton
Duration: Full Time PAYE
Responsibilities:
- Direction and supervision of day-to-day operations on site to ensure all work is completed to a consistently high standard and in accordance with the specified requirements and quality standards and to the specified project programme
- Maintain Health & Safety control procedures in accordance with the Company policy
- Willingness to have a hands-on approach to the installation of fire doors and fire door remedials if required
- Ensure all works are signed-off to a high standard
- Ensure precise and secure installations to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with the construction team to achieve project goals
- Liaising with the client ensuring that positive relations are maintained
- Experienced Joiner with a proven track record in fire door installations
- Surveying, auditing and reporting
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Good communication
- Joinery 2 years (required)
- Fire Door Installation/Remedials/Riser Works/Fire Board Partitions
- Client/Tenant facing so polite and great work ethics
- Possess a valid CSCS card
- Hold a DBS certificate (preferred)
- Have an NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry

Salary: £45-55k depending on experience
