Senior Supervising Social Worker - Outstanding Ofsted
salary up to £42,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance
NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Essex area, in order to help them find a Senior Supervising Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
They have an Outstanding Ofsted rating, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.
They are also a not for profit Independent Fostering Agency, so they are like a charity. They have a very good reputation and they are also therapeutic.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of about 4 foster carers, located around the Essex area. You will also provide support and supervision to some of the Supervising Social Workers in the team.
You will have the flexibility to do some of the work from home and some from their office in Essex.

Requirements:
Please apply if you are an experienced Supervising Social Worker or Senior Practitioner and if you have experience in working in fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree and a driving license also.
