- Place homeless clients in interim and supported temporary accommodation.
- Manage temporary accommodation tenancies, addressing anti-social behaviour and other tenancy breaches.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to support tenants.
- Collect rent, manage rent accounts, and ensure tenants meet their obligations.
- Stay updated on housing legislation and ensure compliance.
- Experience in public sector housing or a similar environment.
- Familiarity with CIVICA and JIGSAW systems.
- Strong knowledge of Homeless legislation, Landlord and Tenant Law, and Housing Act 1996.
