Premier Work Support are looking for experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk looking for there next opportunity. You will be working alongside a dedicated team in the Basildon area.
Duties:
- Processing of supplier invoices and reconciling statements
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining financial records
- Supporting month-end processes and assisting with audits
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
- Speak to supplies to discuss payments
- Ensuring all invoices are correct
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong accounting software and Excel skills
- Able to communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Hours of work Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.30 Friday 7.30am - 1.45pm
