Rumax Limited is looking for a passionate and motivated Care Coordinator to join their team in Basildon.

Responsibilities:

- Soliciting, allocating, and processing new acre packages and referrals efficiently.

- Responding to changes and amendments to existing care packages.

- To organise all rota and staffing requirements.

- Be responsive to changes in the schedule and liase with the relevant team members.

- Deal with queries from care team, customers, family members and external organisations.

- To undertake and support or administrative duties as required by the manager.

- Preparation of reports as required.

- To participate in out of hours 'on call' rota.

- To deliver care from time to time when emergencies or short-term requirements present such a need.

- Provide leadership and motivation to your team / work colleagues.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

- Previous coordinating experience is desirable, but we can train you if you have the right attitudes.

- To have an NVQ level 2 minimum in health and social care (or equivalent)

- Must have experience working in domiciliary care previously

- Must be able to go out into the field if needed and able to do on-call

- Good understanding of Microsoft Office programmes

- Ability to work on your own initiative an under pressure in a diverse and changing environment

- Ability to effectively supervise individuals and a team

- Experience in leading care teams

- Full UK driving license and own vehicle

Salary 25k-27k depending on level of experience
