Sonic Summary

The Test Engineer will be responsible for testing and diagnosing production PCBAs and finished units at the component level using various testing equipment.
Candidates must have experience as a Test Engineer and be skilled in setting up and operating test equipment, as well as recording test results.
A proven track record in fault finding at the component level and the ability to interpret test results is essential for this role.
Experience with boundary scan testing, in-circuit testing, and familiarity with quality assurance standards are desired, along with good communication skills.
The position offers a salary of $70,000 and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Test EngineerResponsibilities will revolve around testing and diagnosing various production PCBAs and finished units at the component level. The testing equipment includes ICT, Boundary Scan (JTAG), and customer-specific functional testing. Prospective candidates must be Test Engineer - Job Responsibilities:• Qualified or Experience Test Engineer • Setting up & operating test equipment • Record test results using excel or customer specific software • Ability to interpret test results and take appropriate action • Proven track record in fault finding to component level • Read and interpret Drawings, Diagrams and Bills of Materials • Continually monitor the process to ensure perfect quality • Maintain high housekeeping standards Test Engineer - Desired Experience:

Experience with boundary scan testing and in-circuit testing
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards
Previous experience in developing test automation scripts
Certifications related to test engineering are a plus
Good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
