Academics are working with a fantastic primary school in South Ockendon, Essex. This is a long-term role until July 2025, commencing as soon as possible. Permanency and teacher training options will be available from August 2025.

Key responsibilities within the role:

  • Attend to pupils' personal needs, and implement related personal programmes (must be comfortable taking both girls and boys to the toilet)
  • Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with students, whilst treating them with respect and consideration
  • Have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
  • Ensure that every pupil is ready for the next steps in their learning and is supported to participate and contribute to
