The Role:
As a SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored educational support to students with special educational needs. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive learning environment, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), and working closely with parents, support staff, and other professionals to ensure that each student reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with SEN.
Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and external agencies to deliver high-quality education.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and achievements.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Special Education Needs experience and/or relevant SEN qualifications.
Strong understanding of various SEN, including autism, dyslexia, and speech and language difficulties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
