About your new company:A well-established Hire Company based in Essex who puts its employees as their number one asset is seeking a Transport Planner. As the Transport Planner you will be required to coordinate the company’s fleet of vehicles and drivers.

About your new Transport Planner role:
- Manage the existing transport team in relation to disciplinaries, performance reviews, and staff development
- Route plan for multiple vehicles and ensure Drivers have correct paperwork to complete their duties.
- Supervise and manage the drivers’ workloads in compliance to all aspects of UK law
- Investigate root causes of service failures
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous experience as a Transport Planner
- Good problem solving and people management skills
- A valid CPC would be beneficial
