An excellent opportunity for a Trainee Commercial Tyre Fitter to join a well-established company based in Basildon, Suffolk.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Starting Salary: £28,000.00-£45,000.00+ per year.
About the Company:
They are an established independent company operating 30 fully equipped Commercial Tyre fitting vans throughout Essex, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. They are looking to expand their team within the newest depot which is based in Basildon covering South-Mid Essex and East London.
Role & Requirements:
The candidate will be hard working, professional and dedicated with a positive and flexible attitude to work who is willing to learn a hard trade and reap great rewards.
This role is all about finding a team player with the right attitude to fit within a similar minded team.
Once trained the candidate will be working both on their own and within a team covering mid-south Essex and into East London.
No Prior experience necessary for this role.
Benefits:
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-17.30 Saturday 7.00-12.30.
Starting Salary £28k - once trained to cover basic truck work competently up to £33k (usually within 2-3months), then up to £39k basic once capable to cover truck, van, plant, Earthmover, fleet management (usually within 9-12months).
Once trained and capable the candidate may go on the outside hours callout rota worth approx. £8k PA.
Monthly bonus, Overtime on top of Basic and Callouts.
