Warehouse Operative
Position: Warehouse OperativeLocation: BasildonSalary: £24,000 per year + bonus scheme Hours: Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if necessary).
- Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Support other team members and contribute to overall warehouse operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in a warehouse
- Counterbalance or reach license (inhouse accepted)
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work additional hours or shifts when needed
