Role Responsibilities
- Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK audit regulations
- Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing high-quality audit services across a range of industries
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and helping them develop professionally
- Liaising directly with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and offer ongoing audit advice
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting business development initiatives

Candidate Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with extensive experience in UK audit practice
- Strong knowledge of UK audit regulations and standards
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality audit services
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
