- Take responsibility for financial control, accounting and reporting
- Preparation of financial and management reports
- Managing preparation of all statutory compliance documentation and VAT returns
- Creation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Ensure all deadlines are met and completed
- Understanding business needs and ensuring that processes are aligned and compliant
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Coordination of financial statements
- Project related activities around process enhancement and change
- Build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Qualified accountant ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Strong technical accounting expertise
- Experience of leading and developing teams within a larger organisation
- Proven background working on process improvement projects coupled with implementing change
- Experience of working with a range of stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
