As a key member of our Financial Systems team, youll play an important role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and delivering cutting-edge finance technology projects. Youll help shape the future of our financial systems and reporting by implementing new ideas, improving existing processes, and enhancing overall business performance.

What Youll Do:

  • Create and implement new financial reporting methods to support efficient and timely management reporting across the business.
  • Generate reports from a variety of systems such as Elite Enterprise, Aderant Expert/Expert Sierra, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Power BI.
  • Handle routine tasks and prepare scheduled reports as needed.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Propose and implement technical improvements to streamline reporting and make processes easier to use.
  • Review, document, and improve financial system processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teams across departments to enhance overall business efficiency.
  • Develop and lead training sessions on financial system processes and best practices.
  • Participate in team, project, and other meetings to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to ongoing learning and professional development.

What Were Looking For:

  • Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of Excel and T-SQL/SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
