Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Basingstoke based client in their Finance Business Partnering and Reporting team.

What will the Management Accountant role involve?

  • Prepare accurate, timely financial reports with insights to aid senior management decision-making.
  • Analyse performance variances, identify risks/opportunities, and support reforecasting.
  • Enhance reporting by integrating operational and financial data while improving systems.
  • Lead budgeting/forecasting process and support finance teams with ledger control and reconciliations.

Suitable Candidate for the Management Accountant vacancy:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with expertise in management accounting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong communicator with experience building trust, collaborating, and presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Skilled in analysis and decision-making, with a logical problem-solving approach and the ability to influence effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Word & Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
