What You'll Be Doing:Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our internal financial reporting processes and controls. Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering efficient, accurate and timely internal financial reports

Preparing and posting month-end journals
-
Leading on general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations

Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles

Getting stuck into ad-hoc finance projects

Assisting with internal and external audits

A professional qualification: ACA / ACCA / CIMA

A strong background in financial and management reporting

Proven experience with process improvement and operational efficiencies

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task under pressure

Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with inventory (bonus points)

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision (nice to have)
