Management Accountant

Your new companyA dynamic and established international group with a strong presence in the UK seeks to appoint a talented Management Accountant to join their team in Basingstoke.Your new roleYou will prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in addition to monitoring financial performance, identifying trends and variances. Furthermore, you will support the month-end and year-end close processes; assist in the development & implementation of financial policies and procedures whilst providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations whilst working as part of a high-performing team.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or soon to qualify with strong technical accounting skills either developed within practice or industry.
