Description
The Management Accountant role will involve:
- Overseeing the financial transactions within the company.
- Preparing reports, budgets, and financial statements.
- Liaising with managerial staff, colleagues, and clients.
- Evaluating the company's financial performance and forecasting future trends.
- Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
- Working on strategic planning and business development tasks.
- Conducting risk assessments and cost-benefit analyses.
- Providing advice on financial decisions and managing financial systems and procedures.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A relevant accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
