CMA Recruitment Group is working with a growing organisation based in Basingstoke who are looking for a Treasury/Tax specialist to join their Finance Team. You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience and will be qualified or qualified by experience. Your role will play a pivotal part in managing the company's tax, compliance and treasury operations. What will the Treasury/Tax Manager role involve?
- Oversee the company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk management activities.
- Lead weekly global cash analysis and bank reconciliation files.
- Prepare and present regular reports on tax and treasury activities
- Prepare and review corporate tax & VAT
- Manage relationship with HMRC for any VAT and other tax reviews
- Coordinate the accounts preparation and external statutory supported by the Financial Controller and senior financial accountant.
Suitable Candidate for the Treasury/Tax Manager vacancy:
- Qualified - CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent with 5 years’ experience working within Tax/Treasury.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of UK, European tax laws and regulations.
