Job Title: Accounts Assistant (Part-Time) Flex on working hours around school times if required.Location: Basingstoke, HampshireType: Maternity cover a fixed-term contract of 5 months.Hours: 20 hours per week, working either 5 hours per day, 4 days per week, or 4 hours per day, working 5 days per week,Flexibility on when the hours are worked.Duties:
- Processing supplier invoices via our purchase ledger
- Reconciling our business bank account
- Raising cheques
- Processing debit card payments
- Processing our credit card statements
- Working with Excel spreadsheets
- Dealing with accounts enquiries - internally and with clients and suppliers
- Managing the petty cash
- Settling supplier invoices by BACS
Experience Required:
- Experience as an all-round Accounts Assistant
- Able to prioritise your work
- Enthusiastic and willing to assist other members of the team
