My client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This full-time role is based in Tadley, offering a competitive salary and the convenience of on-site parking. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle enquiries via telephone, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Prepare quotes and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage the company’s mailbox, ensuring all communications are addressed in a timely manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the team and office operations.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to maintain a well-stocked and functional work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in preparing quotes and invoices.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Competence in managing email correspondence and general office duties.
- A proactive approach to office management and supply ordering.
