About the Role:We’re Reassured - a growing, dynamic business who have a deep appreciation of our people as we understand they are our strongest asset. We are the UK’s largest Life Insurance intermediary who pride ourselves on protecting as many families as possible, and we’re looking for a Personal Assistant who will provide essential support to the CEO and the wider Executive team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the organisation, ensuring that the executive team operates smoothly across our multi-site business - flexibility and a hands-on approach are key.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule board and committee meetings, create agendas with the CEO and Chairman, and ensure all materials are prepared and shared in advance.
- Diary Management: Coordinate meetings and events, keeping the team on track and ensuring efficient use of time.
- Board Support: Prepare and consolidate board packs, manage board portals, and ensure smooth logistics for meetings and travel arrangements.
- Minute Taking: Attend key meetings (Board, ExCo, and sub-committees), accurately take minutes, and distribute them in a timely manner.
- Executive Support: Provide research, compile reports, and support directors with presentations and other essential tasks.
- Communication: Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO and Directors, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other regulations, and support adherence to the Consumer Duty requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience providing PA support at executive level, ideally within a regulated or financial services environment.
- Proven experience working with senior leadership teams, including CEOs and Board Directors.
- Strong minute-taking skills, particularly in board-level meetings.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a high attention to detail.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong IT skills, with experience using various tools and systems.
