Salary: Up to £26,500 DOE

The Account Manager role is an exciting opportunity that will suit an individual with a background in customer support and customer experience - essentially, someone who puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.

You will be working for an ambitious, scaling organisation who empowers their people to succeed and develop.

Accountabilities & Deliverables of the Account Manager

  • Support and resolve customer issues and queries via various channels - phone, email etc.
  • Communicate with customers effectively, offering a thoughtful and tailored approach to every interaction.
  • Deliver training via webinars to help support customers with the platform and ensure that they continually engage moving forward.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and understand ongoing needs and requirements.

Desired Experience of the Account Manager

  • Demonstrable experience in an account executive, customer support or customer success role.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to work at pace.
  • Comfortable with dealing with a wide range of customer needs, and a mixture of inbound and outbound calling when required.
  • Attention to detail - experience of handling data and using multiple customer related systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
