We are seeking an Account Manager with previous experience in asset finance leasing. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to service a healthy client portfolio. With your knowledge of leasing agreements and asset coordination, you will be a key support in offering tailored and financing advice. You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction to strive for repeat business.
Job Title: Asset Finance Account Manager
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage a portfolio of client accounts, including lease agreements and asset finance solutions
- Answer telephone and email inquiries from suppliers and clients
- Provide quotes and discuss prospective proposals
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded
- Provide clients with expert advice on asset finance and leasing options to support their business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, legal, and operations) to deliver smooth and efficient deal execution
- Monitor account performance, ensuring timely payments and addressing any potential issues
- Identify opportunities for account growth and work proactively to expand business within existing client base
- Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to offer innovative asset finance solutions
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience within leasing, ideally within asset finance
- A strong understanding of leasing structures, agreements, credit, and risk
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Confidence to work with high volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
