I am looking for a Field Sales Representative for the South of the UK to join my client a manufacture of high performance industrial systems. Reporting to the General Sales Manager, youll manage an assigned customer base while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. This is a remote field-based role covering the South of the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and increasing sales with existing customers.
  • Researching and approaching new OEM opportunities
  • Regularly reviewing distributor and dealer performance to meet sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability.
  • Strengthening relationships with customers through phone, video conferencing, and in-person visits.
  • Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on sales trends and providing actionable recommendations.
Requirements:

  • Managing sales budgets, KPIs, and strategic planning.
  • Proven success in selling to OEMs, end-users, and distributors.
  • Strong commercial and industrial knowledge.
  • Excellent prospecting, closing, and account management skills.
  • Technically minded with a problem-solving approach.
