Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Multi Trader to join a well-established contractor in the social housing sector.
The position offers a salary of £22 per hour and is a temp to perm role.
The Multi Trader will receive a company vehicle, fuel card, full uniform, and safety equipment.
Candidates must have experience in kitchen and bathroom installations, including 1st and 2nd fix, along with basic plumbing skills.
A full current driving license and personal hand tools are required for this role.

We are looking for a Multi Trader. You will be working for a highly established contractor within the social housing sector. This position is working on day to day repairs and planned works ( Bathrooms)

Some benefits the Multi Trader will receive:

As a Multi Trader you will be responsible for:

Maintenance in occupied housing
Bathroom installations
Minor plumbing

The successful Multi Trader will:

Must be competent in bathroom fitting
Full current driving license
Own hand tools

The experience required for the Multi Trader role:

Kitchen and/or bathroom installations - 1st & 2nd Fix.
Be able to competently complete basic plumbing repairs
Domestic or social housing experience.
