Reed Practice are proud to be recruiting for an established client of ours based in Basingstoke. They are seeking to add a Bookkeeper to their esteemed team. Candidates will be expected to work on site 5 days a week for the first 6 months, then will switch to a hybrid working model of 3 days in office and 2 days at home.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to
- Processing sales and purchase invoices
- Handling expense claims
- Recording petty cash entries
- Managing bank payments and receipts, credit card transactions
- Maintain payroll records
- Handling VAT and PAYE processes
The ideal candidate would have experience working within Practice and it is essential to have experience in Xero or Sage and in Bookkeeping
