Reed Practice is recruiting a Bookkeeper for a client based in Basingstoke.
The position requires candidates to work on-site for the first six months before transitioning to a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days at home.
Key responsibilities include processing invoices, managing expense claims, recording petty cash, and maintaining payroll records.
Candidates should have prior experience in Practice and proficiency in Xero or Sage, with bookkeeping experience being essential.
The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have relevant experience in bookkeeping.

Reed Practice are proud to be recruiting for an established client of ours based in Basingstoke. They are seeking to add a Bookkeeper to their esteemed team. Candidates will be expected to work on site 5 days a week for the first 6 months, then will switch to a hybrid working model of 3 days in office and 2 days at home.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to

Processing sales and purchase invoices
Handling expense claims
Recording petty cash entries
Managing bank payments and receipts, credit card transactions
Maintain payroll records
Handling VAT and PAYE processes

The ideal candidate would have experience working within Practice and it is essential to have experience in Xero or Sage and in Bookkeeping
