Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Business Manager to join their team in Basingstoke. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Business Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Front of House (35%):- Welcome visitors and provide refreshments to guests.
      - Build rapport with customers and manage incoming mail and deliveries.
      - Oversee access control for new and departing customers and maintain visitor logs.
      - Support smooth onboarding for new customers and resolve any concerns regarding the business centre experience.
      • Customer Management (30%):- Enhance the customer journey by building strong relationships and coordinating engagement activities.
        - Promote networking opportunities and encourage participation in events.
        - Manage customer relationships, encouraging positive reviews while overseeing any complaints.
        • BCM Support (30%):- Conduct viewings and sales, and support the Business Centre Manager (BCM) in all aspects of management.
          - Organise fun activities within the Business Centre and support social media initiatives.
          - Answer calls and manage inquiries, maintaining pricing and availability lists.
          • Operations (10%):- Maintain professional standards and regularly review cleaning and maintenance levels.
            - Supervise cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure the highest quality of service.

            • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and IT
            • Professional appearance and manner
            • Flexibility and a full clean driving licence
