Due to continued growth, this reputable organisation has an opportunity for a Savings Administrator to join them on an exciting and rewarding career path.
The Savings Administrator will play a key role in servicing savings customers through completing a variety of administrative tasks associated with their accounts. From the opening of accounts and efficiently on-boarding customers, through to estate management and ISA processing, this is a varied role where you will be involved in many administrative tasks and responding to customer enquiries in writing and by telephone, where required.
This is an office based working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Required experience
- Proven experience working as an administrator, ideally within the financial services industry. Considering the nature of this role, if you have savings or investments product knowledge experience, this would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience.
- The ability to prioritise key tasks effectively and completing them pro actively.
- The environment is constantly evolving; therefore, it is also important that you are comfortable with adapting to change.
- Working autonomously, as well as part of a team with the ability to pay meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident working with various computer systems; therefore it is desired that you have a good understanding of Microsoft Office products.
