Do you enjoy speaking to people and consider yourself a good listener? Thats exactly what we need for this role. Its working for an incredible Company who are a major player in their field. This role is picking up on their lapsed customers and finding out directly from them why they're lapsed and not live. It needs someone who relates well to people, who is empathetic and can listen to what they say - this information is really key and will need relaying accurately so the Company is able to understand whats gone awry and put things in place to ensure their Customer is happy moving forwards and they are able to work with each other again.
Its an interesting role and will throw up different challenges, so someone who is quick thinking and prepared for anything. Someone that enjoys problem solving and really importantly understands, listens and puts things into action.
Its a fabulous Company, who are based in Basingstoke and offer hybrid working once fully trained. In addition they have parking and rather gorgeous offices too! Working Monday to Friday, 9 - 5.30, weekly pay and holiday on top via ourselves, initially temporary but there is scope for this to turn into something more permanent too.
