- Preparing Offerings: Assembling professional, tailored offerings for potential clients.
- Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive a high-quality service.
- Customer Support: Handling client queries with professionalism and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service Skills: A friendly, client-focused approach.
