Key responsibilities include:

  • Quotation Processing: Managing and processing client quotes with precision.
  • Client Onboarding: Taking new clients through the onboarding journey, ensuring a seamless transition into the company’s services.
  • Preparing Offerings: Assembling professional, tailored offerings for potential clients.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive a high-quality service.
  • Customer Support: Handling client queries with professionalism and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
