Your role will be diverse and include: managing end-to-end customer orders, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, to help ensure SLA standards are being met. Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and talented B2B customer service administrator, who has worked within a complex and fast-based business environment. The successful candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn new software programmes efficiently.
