Our client in Basingstoke who are going through an exciting growth period due to being a start-up business beginning of this year are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their hard-working team and help push their growth to the next level.*You must be able to speak fluent Spanish for this role*Salary £35k per annum * Monday - Friday* 8am-4pm (some flex required)* Enhanced Pension* Working within a family feel business* 28 days holiday including bank holidaysDuties and Responsibilities* Liaising with customers on their online ordering platform* Supporting the UK operations team * Liaising with the South American Customer Service holdings team * Support the on boarding of new vendors * Manage existing accounts/customers* Resolving queries raised by book delivery customersRequirements* Fluent Spanish speaking * Customer service experience * Zendesk experience * Ability to accurately record data * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.If you are interested please call and ask for Jordan & Chloe discuss further
