24-7 Recruitment Services is hiring Class 2 HGV drivers for home deliveries in the Basingstoke area with a pay rate of £17.02 per hour, and overtime after 48 hours at £25.53.
Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months experience, a valid Class 2/C License, and no more than 6 points on their driving record.
The job involves manual handling and may require some furniture assembly, with shifts following a 4 on 2 off or 5 on 2 off pattern, including weekends.
Drivers will receive weekly pay, 28 days of accrued annual leave, and benefits such as online payslips and referral bonuses.
Immediate starts are available, and all routes are double manned with a driver's mate, along with a 2-day training prior to starting work.

CLASS 2 HGV DRIVERS

24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for Class 2 HGV drivers for a well known client based in the Basingstoke area (RG24) - Home deliveries with driver's mate, manual handling/lifting is part of the job.

This position is a multi-drop position

Shift pattern is:

4 on 2 off on / 5on 2off - a rota pattern including weekends.

PAYE rates for Class 2 HGV driver:

17.02 per hour

Overtime paid after 48 weekly hours: 25.53

Class 2 drivers will be required:

*MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*

Hold valid a Class 2 / C License
No more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
Hold valid Tacho and CPC cardsImmediate starts available
Home delivery of furniture
Some furniture assembly work will be required (as and when required)
Must be presentable in appearance
Professional manner as customer facing
Class 2 driver will undergo 2 days training prior to commencing work
All routes are double manned with a drivers mate
