I am currently looking for a strong Sous Chef for an independently owned golf course near to Basingstoke.
Working in a small team you will be managing the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence, working to achieve the highest standards of food and ensuring guest satisfaction.
As Sous chef you will be responsible for ordering, ensuring a safe & hygienic environment, work towards achieving GP targets, be flexible with a can do attitude.
As Sous chef you will be working with fresh ingredients and catering for the members
As Sous Chef you will be:
- Working 35-40 hours a week
- Mainly daytime shifts (finishing at 5pm) with occasional function work

- Due to location you will need to have your own transport
