- Manage accounts of all customers within an assigned trading area in accordance with their customer commitment
- Visit and liaise with customers to ensure their satisfaction with all aspects of their service and maintain and develop the customer base
- Liaise closely with the Customer Service Administrators
- Utilise the CRM computer system as appropriate
- Achieve Customer retention sales targets
- Understanding of external and internal customer to the business and service office
- Use a range of interpersonal skills, rapport building to support customer engagement
- Use strong communication skills during customer interactions
- Full and up to date knowledge of the products and services that are available to their customers
