Business Development ManagerOur Basingstoke Based client are looking for a Business Development Manager. Our client specialises in network security. They work with clients to ensure they are using safe, secure, and reliable systems that keep their data safe. Offering a wide variety of packages to suit each clients need to secure a safe network infrastructure. Base salary: Up to £40k per annum with uncapped commission Benefits

* Contributing to the support of reaching company sales, profit and revenue targets by increasing sales within existing clients as well as winning new business. * The candidate must create proposal and quotation documentation * The candidate must ensure that they continuously liaise with consultants, marketing personnel and sales support.* Proactively managing prospects to generate net new leads via an Online CRM system * Maintain an accurate sales forecast * Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company's products and services Skills

* A real team player with the ability to effectively manage their time* Experienced salesperson with in depth telesales experience* Strong communication skills* Background or a keen interest in IT/Security * Great communication skills* Proven consistent sales success in a highly competitive market.
