Day-to-day of the role:- Supervise sales operations to ensure profit maximization and sales targets achievement.
- Engage customers through direct outreach, delivering compelling sales pitches to encourage purchases.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturers on significant opportunities to maximize potential.
- Motivate the sales team, assess their performance, and guide them towards achieving goals.
- Partner with marketing to enhance overall sales while ensuring brand compliance.
- Analyse sales data to inform strategic decisions and provide effective aftersales support.
- Proven management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and detail-oriented.
- Experience in sales management and a track record of achieving excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web applications.
- Full, clean driving licence.
