Customer Marketing Manager - 12 months FTC (Maternity cover)

Basingstoke - HYBRID

An amazing opportunity to work for an international retail leader of well-known consumer products within the Fashion/Beauty space.

Reporting into the Marketing Communications Director you will be the key marketing representative for the UK retail business both in store and online.

A commercially focused strategic role supporting brand and company objectives working closely with retail partners to help support marketing campaigns and deliver the brand strategy with these key retail partners to continue to grow sales and advance the business objectives.

This would include using your trade and digital and POS knowledge to manage a budget for marketing activity supporting retail. Attending key customer retail client ranging meetings, supporting with retailer-specific social advertising campaigns and customer marketing plans.

* Propose and plan retailer-specific social advertising campaigns for sign off by Communications Director

* Create range review presentations using assets provided by Central marketing

* Attend key customer retail client ranging meetings and on occasion events

* Work on design of POS material for sign off by Communications Director and other in-store retail material as required

* Working very closely with the sales team and distributors for all marketing requirements

* Analysing weekly sales and making retailer ranging recommendations for approval by Product Marketing Director, monitoring of competitor activity, analysing market data.

* Responsible for briefing of all customer artwork to Central Marketing including banners, digital activity etc.

* Completion of New Line Forms with assets and copy provided and approved by Central Marketing

* Creation of a customer marketing plan for approval by Central Marketing

* Communication of key brand activity created and deployed by Central Marketing to the sales team including key ATL and PR activity
