We appreciate that everybody needs to start somewhere.What is essential, however, is knowledge of the Engineering and Manufacturing space. You'll be constantly market mapping, generating leads and generally immersing yourself within the sector. You'll then use that knowledge to help win and develop new clients, both over the phone and face to face; really owning your own desk and building your recruitment empire from the ground up.You'll be consistently sourcing the best talent around to showcase to your clients. You'll do this through proactive, creative and innovative methods. It's important to think creatively - there's always heavy competition when it comes to great talent. You'll also be supported by a team of Talent Consultants to help.Training.Naturally, you'll also be involved in a variety of different training opportunities, both in-house and external.
